Phase 1: Weekly Tracking & Initial Metrics Review (Every Monday)
Goal: Review Meeting Booked Rate.
- Metric: % of total leads who booked a meeting.
- Target: +1% week-on-week.
Actions:
- ☐ Check meeting booked % in your CRM or outreach tools (Instantly, Waalaxy, etc).
- ☐ If not improving:
- Reassess the offer, targeting, or lead magnet.
- Revisit ICP quality and message-market fit.
- ☐ If stuck → Conduct 10 interviews with prospects/past clients (within the next 7 days).
Phase 2: Bi-Weekly Show-Up Rate Audit (Every 2nd & 4th Friday)
Goal: Review the Show-Up Rate from booked meetings.
- Metric: % of booked calls that prospects attend.
- Target: 80%+
Actions:
- ☐ Check no-shows vs attended calls from your CRM/calendar.
- ☐ If below 80%:
- Review/change pre-call reminders & automation.
- Create a short pre-call video or PDF to set expectations.
- ☐ Recheck the show-up rate next cycle.
Phase 3: Monthly Sales Performance Review (1st Monday of Each Month)
